Position Description and Qualifications :
Qualifications : Master’s degree plus certification from the BACB as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). LABA required
Job Description :
- Willingness to use creative, interdisciplinary approaches to support clients and families
- Create and implement treatment plans through the use of our electronic software CentralReach.
- Excellent knowledge of ethics, standards, best practices, and regulations for the ABA clinical field.
- Excellent communication and people skills / aptitude in resolving issues and conflicts
- Prior experience overseeing insurance funded services, preferred
BCBA Essential Responsibilities :
- Conduct assessments, write treatment plans, progress notes and session notes
- Coordinate, train, and supervise BTs / RBT’s and parents; providing mentoring, support, and constructive feedback
- Conduct initial assessments, reassessments, and write progress reports
- Develop & monitor individualized treatment plans and behavior support plans
- Develop and monitor individual behavior management protocols and behavior intervention plans for children
- Provide support, instruction, and feedback to families and caregivers with regard to managing challenging behaviors and teaching replacement behaviors through the principles of ABA
- Conduct Functional Assessments and Functional Analysis of all problem behaviors when needed and clinically warranted.
- Review program effectiveness, make recommendations, monitor data collection and graph / monitor progress through visual analysis.
Must be eligible to work in the US no sponsorships.
No relocation offered.
Compensation :
Hourly rate : up to $75.00 / hour
Physical Requirements :
Sitting, lifting up to 50#, kneeling, stretching, standing and computer work
