About the Role
The Marketing Operations Specialist plays a key role in supporting the execution of integrated marketing campaigns and ensuring operational excellence across the marketing organization. In this role, you will partner closely with cross-functional teams to manage campaign workflows, support media activation, streamline processes, and maintain effective communication with internal stakeholders and external partners. This position focuses heavily on coordinating and delivering media campaigns across channels including social, display, and video.
Responsibilities
- Manage marketing projects and campaign workflows to ensure on-time delivery and alignment with strategic objectives.
- Collaborate with internal marketing, creative, analytics, and sales support teams to plan and execute campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for media campaign coordination and execution.
- Coordinate with external media agencies and internal partners to support the successful delivery of digital advertising initiatives.
- Track and communicate campaign progress, timelines, and key updates to stakeholders to maintain transparency and alignment.
- Support project intake, assessment, and prioritization processes to optimize team efficiency.
- Maintain high-quality documentation, ensuring deliverables meet established standards.
- Contribute to ongoing improvements in marketing operations processes, tools, and best practices.
Required Qualifications
2–4+ years of experience in marketing operations, digital marketing, media coordination, or a related role.Experience supporting digital media campaigns across social media, video, and display platforms.Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and web-based project management tools.Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.Experience working with cross-functional marketing teams or agency partners.Familiarity with marketing automation, analytics, or media planning tools.Understanding of campaign performance metrics and reporting workflows.
