The Manufacturing Engineer supports the Production Department by resolving issues related to components, equipment and processes used in the manufacture of RF coaxial cable assemblies. The Manufacturing Engineer will work in concert with Production and Operations to assure efficient manufacturing of products to meet customer scheduling and quality requirements.

Responsibilities

• Creating / maintaining / reviewing / improving / troubleshooting documentation related to manufacturing and testing of RF coaxial cable assemblies.
• Identifying root cause of mechanical and electrical failures on the production floor.
• Implementing process improvements to correct manufacturing inefficiencies and failures.
• Designing / developing tooling and fixtures to support production needs.
• Providing training / qualification / validation for processes and equipment as required.
• Ensuring compliance with internal standards, processes, and procedures.
