Job descriptionUT Health Tyler, the flagship hospital of the system, has 432 licensed beds specializing in advanced acute care medicine. Our hospital includes a 24-hour ER with Level 1 trauma center, a comprehensive stroke center, more than 500 physicians and a full complement of subspecialty groups. Analyze data to develop ideas and support decisions relevant to the delivery of Sterile Processing. Employ Strategies to promote workplace safety and health in the sterile processing areas. Guide quality improvement of sterile processing services using key indicators. Support and Integrate current evidence into sterile processing services.

Responsibilities
The Sterile Processing Manager will support the Mission, Vision and Values of the UT Health Organization. Its purposes is to lead with practical solutions correlated with the movement of Sterile Processing and provide the guidance necessary to support the Sterile Processing Services Team.
