Coverage : CVT SurgeryWe are needing someone with cardiac and thoracicWill use 2-3 providers.Reason for coverage (i.e. vacation, maternity / health, staff leveling etc)Provider leavingDates of Coverage neededone to two weekends a month. Starting on Friday 7am to Monday 7 amStart Date : Jan 2023Schedule / hours - 7am Friday to Monday at 7amCall schedule (i.e. 1 : 3 weekday and 1 : 3 weekend)Call back %30Patient per day per physician10-12EMR / DocumentationEPICSupport staff NPNot Willing to consider non-licensed or IMLC providersBoard certification required Certifications required ATLS and ACLSOnly Cardiac not accepted.TAVR and or CABG required
