We are seeking a professional, driven, and enthusiastic marketing professional to join our fast paced, rapidly growing marketing department.
You will be the face of our brand expected to attend events regularly, create and maintain business partner relationships, elevate our company culture, capture content for social media, and create gift baskets.

Responsibilities
As the marketing assistant, you will assist the marketing manager and agency owners with various tasks including :
- Events : attend community events, plan company events, execute sponsored event including setup / breakdown, lead generation at events
- Business partner relationships : attend events weekly, visit offices daily, create gift baskets, write thank you notes, maintain relationships
- Social media : support social media management and content creation
- Management of vendors : order new marketing materials, find new vendors to work with, discover new swag and POS items
Requirements
- Marketing degree from a four year university or two years of marketing experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong computer knowledge
- Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive, resourceful, creative, and coachable
- Willingness to be flexible with rapidly evolving marketing goals and strategic plans
- Must be reliable, trustworthy, professional, and persistent
