Job description

Schedule : 2nd Shift Monday – Friday, 3 : 30 PM – 12 : 00 AM

Pay : $18 / hr

Position Type : Temp-to-Hire

About the Role :

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Client Services Coordinator to join our team on the second shift. This role is key to providing exceptional support to our clients and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
  • Coordinate and manage client service requests to ensure timely and accurate resolution.
  • Maintain and update client records and documentation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Provide support for reporting, scheduling, and other operational tasks as required.

Qualifications :

  • Previous experience in client services, customer support, or administrative roles preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
