We are seeking a detail-oriented and compassionate Patient Registration Rep to join our healthcare team. The Patient Registration Rep is responsible for accurately registering patients for medical services, obtaining necessary information, and ensuring a positive patient experience. Responsibilities include :

• Greeting patients and visitors, providing excellent customer service.
• Accurately registering patients for medical services, including verifying patient information and insurance coverage.
• Obtaining necessary information, such as medical history, medication allergies, and other related information, from patients, and ensuring that all information is entered correctly into the electronic health record.
• Assisting the patient in filling out the necessary paperwork.
• Collecting copays and outstanding balances at the time of service and providing patients with receipts.
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure patients receive the appropriate care.
