We are seeking a skilled Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant to become a part of our medical team. The ideal candidate will focus on providing high quality patient care as part of a healthcare team under the supervision of a licensed physician, focusing on various medical specialties such as primary care, family medicine, senior care, infectious disease care, and urgent care..
Responsibilities :
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop appropriate treatment plans
- Diagnose and treat acute, episodic or chronic illnesses
- Prescribe all necessary medications and treatments
- Perform comprehensive physical examinations of patients
- Perform outpatient procedures and joint injections as required
- Develop and implement patient management policies and procedures
- Facilitate referrals to other healthcare professionals and medical facilities
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient care
- Utilize electronic health record systems such as Practice Fusion for accurate documentation
- Provide medical care in various settings including medical offices and urgent care facilities
- Assist with durable medical equipment (DME) management
