Position Reports To : Vice-President of Wilson Health Medical Group

Summary : The Director is responsible for the operation of Occupational Health, Employer Direct Care and Urgent Care Clinics by providing high quality, patient-centered care through oversight of the overall function, staffing, planning, and budget. The Director facilitates change management, fosters a culture of accountability and collaboration, and supports the development and implementation of strategies, policies, and procedures in support of facility objectives.
