JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY : To answer phones, greet customers in a professional, courteous manner and provide administrative support to building representatives. In addition, provide clerical support and other duties as assigned.

Required : High School Graduate
Licensing / Registration / Certification :
Required : Driver's License and Proof of Auto Insurance
Preferred : N / A
Experience :
Required : S ix months' related experience. Ability to perform each essential duty listed above
Preferred : One year or more experience with multi-line telephone system
Skills, Knowledge and Abilities :
Required : Experience with multi-line telephone system. Some knowledge / experience in a business environment. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
Preferred : Intermediate or better knowledge with Microsoft Excel and Word. Experience with a computer-based customer tracking system.
SALARY RANGE : $18 to $22 per hour based on experience
