The Virtual Sales Manager

The Virtual Sales Manager is responsible for achieving defined sales targets, assisting in personnel selection and development and is responsible for maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction for the Club Wyndham Sales Line.

• Adhere to and administer sales policies and guidelines by representing the company in an ethical, moral and professional manner
• Adhere to company and industry best practices
• Effectively deliver and maintain required sales targets
• Training, evaluating, and monitoring the performance goals of direct reports
• Constructive involvement in daily sales meetings
• Lead by example by maintaining a high level of professionalism at all times
• Collaborate with Trainers in facilitating initial and ongoing training
