Project Benefits Analyst
We are working with a client who is seeking a Project Benefits Analyst to join our team on a contract basis in Minneapolis, Minnesota. In this role, you will focus on streamlining and improving Paid Time Off (PTO) Plans, analyzing data, and providing actionable insights to condense plans and support organizational goals. This position offers an exciting opportunity to collaborate with HR stakeholders and contribute to the development of new PTO Plan strategies. This assignment provides a hybrid work model.
Responsibilities :
- Consolidate existing PTO plans by analyzing data and reducing PTO plan options to enhance efficiency.
- Clean up policy structures and merge PTO plans to create a cohesive system.
- Utilize ADP Workforce Now or similar HR systems to extract, aggregate, and analyze data for roadmap development.
- Provide recommendations on interpreting benefits data and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Develop strategies to transition employees between PTO plans, including cost calculations for payouts and upgrades.
- Address outlier cases, calculating costs for payouts, and creating plans to align employees with standard PTO plan.
- Collaborate with the Total Rewards Director and other HR stakeholders to ensure effective fact finding and solutions.
- Apply advanced analytical skills to evaluate data trends and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Proficiently use Excel and other relevant tools for data analysis and reporting.
- Maintain a detail-oriented approach while managing multiple tasks and communicating effectively with stakeholders.
Requirements :
Minimum of 5 years of experience in benefits analysis or a similar role.Proficiency in ADP Workforce Now or comparable HR systems.Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable recommendations.Well versed in Paid Time Off Plans and familiarity with benefits administration, coordination, and analysis.Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and other reporting tools.Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.Effective communication abilities to collaborate with stakeholders and present findings clearly.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and focus.
