Regional Membership Director
The Regional Membership Director leads membership growth, retention, and analysis across multiple clubs. This role supports site-based teams to achieve enrollment goals, strengthen the member experience, and ensure consistent execution of Common House membership strategies.
Key responsibilities include :
- Driving membership sales by leading and supporting site-level Membership Managers.
- Overseeing application, enrollment, and committee processes.
- Partnering with Brand & Communications on targeted campaigns and promotions.
- Implementing onboarding, engagement, and retention strategies.
- Collaborating with Finance on billing and delinquency resolution.
- Tracking and analyzing membership performance, trends, and attrition.
- Standardizing processes and overseeing membership communications and policy updates.
- Recruiting, training, and onboarding Membership Managers for new club openings.
- Supporting pre-opening membership strategy and execution.
Qualifications include :
Experience leading sales and member engagement in multi-site or hospitality environments.Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.Proven track record of driving growth and retention.Ability to travel regularly to support multiple club locations.
