Finance Business Partner
This position serves as the lead finance business partner to the operations site leader and leadership team, responsible for driving financial performance and supporting strategic decision-making. Key duties include preparing quarterly forecasts, annual budgets, and monthly close activities, while leading detailed analysis of gross margin, inventory, costing, and fixed expenses. The role provides actionable insights to improve plant operations, supports capital planning and asset management, and ensures compliance with accounting standards. It involves close collaboration across operations, commercial finance, FP&A, and controlling teams, with a strong emphasis on accurate reporting, financial controls, and continuous improvement.
