The Role

As a Manufacturing Team Member, youll operate machinery, move materials, and build components that fuel the post-frame building industry. Youll also be part of a morning huddle where we align on the days goals because at Western, every shift starts with purpose.

This is a mid-level position ideal for someone who wants to work hard, build their skills, and be part of a team that has each others backs.

What Youll Do

• Operate and maintain production equipment and tools
• Perform inspections to ensure product quality
• Follow SOPs and identify workflow improvements
• Uphold all safety protocols and practices
• Support your crew help where help is needed
• Accurately log production, maintenance, and quality issues
