The Position

The IT Support Technician is the first point of contact for internal and external customers seeking technical assistance. This includes assisting via email and by phone and dispatching company-wide (PCNA) user concerns to the appropriate IT team member while maintaining a positive customer service experience. This role will be onsite during the initial training period, with hybrid work options available after successful completion of probationary period.
