EXPERIENCED AUTOMOTIVE SERVICE ADVISOR

We are looking for a knowledgeable and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our growing team.

As a Service Advisor, you will be the main point of contact between our customers and the service department. You will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing clear communication, expert advice, and outstanding service.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

• 2+ years of Service Advisor Experience REQUIRED, Honda Experience, A PLUS
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Proficiency in using dealership management software.
• Ability to explain technical information in a clear, understandable way.
• CDK and X TIME knowledge, A PLUS

The estimated annual earning range for this position is $56,630.00 to $154,512.00, which includes commissions on Individual Sales, Individual Gross Profit, and/or bonus opportunities such as Individual Manufacturer Approvability, Customer Pay Labor per RO, and Flat Rate Hours.

Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term and/or long-term incentive as part of total compensation, as well as a variety of other benefits, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO).
