Vice President, Sales and Services (Digital Marketplace)

Job Summary
As the Vice President, Sales and Services (Digital Marketplace), you will lead a team dedicated to sourcing and managing charter operations for our new digital division and app‑based clients. You will build and expand global carrier relationships, drive wholesale and retail charter sales, retain clients, and optimize profitability through innovative sourcing and operations control.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Negotiate preferred carrier agreements, including block charter agreements.
- Ensure optimal terms and financial arrangements in each region and category, maximizing EAG’s capabilities for sourcing and servicing charter requests.
- Develop and maintain new carrier solutions as the company’s needs grow.
- Assess market trends and recommend preferred carriers based on pricing, models, and methods.
- Maintain the fleet database with aircraft features, layouts, photos, and safety status.
- Work with Operations to educate the sourcing function on providing the most effective lift for operations.
- Develop triggers with app developers and sales teams for client outreach on upsell opportunities.
- Collaborate with HR to build a service team for app‑generated flights.
- Work with app developers to create analytics for app performance, revenue targets, partner engagement, and forecasting.
- Identify operational inefficiencies and implement new processes for the booking pipeline.
- Develop and implement strategic sourcing policy and partnerships for maximum aircraft utilization and profit optimization.
- Collaborate with President and CFO on ancillary expense workflows for app‑generated flights.
- Lead Operations members in sourcing solutions quickly and effectively for each trip.
- Ensure Operations members deliver safe, best‑in‑class operations and manage contingency planning.
- Collaborate with internal partners to improve automation and efficiency continuously.
- Develop Operations staff in skills, effectiveness, and growth.
- Partner with sales development members to implement growth strategies.
- Maintain and update the Emergency Response Plan and Safety Management Program.
- Conduct safety investigations, research, analysis, and prepare reports as assigned.
- Design, develop, and distribute safety information compellingly to employees.
- Collect and analyze safety data, entering findings into our proprietary system.
- Make recommendations to leadership on safety concerns and policy development.
- Escalate any unsafe operation for leadership decision.
- Work with third‑party safety auditing companies (Wyvern, ARGUS, Isbao).
- Lead and grow the safety committee, scheduling meetings and maintaining notes.
- Create seating maps for Part 135 & 121 aircraft and update photos for proposals.
- Capture operator details, upload aircraft photos, layouts, and cabin / exterior photos for client proposals.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the company.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Proven ability to negotiate and partner with FAA Part 135 air carriers.Knowledge of executive jet FAA Part 135 operations, carriers, and market conditions.Strong commercial skillset and proven experience.Excellent written and verbal communication.Initiative and self‑driven attitude.Attention to detail, highly organized.High degree of confidentiality and discretion.Willingness to travel in the U.S. and internationally.Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree preferred.Minimum 5 years of experience in the FAA Part 135 charter aviation industry.5+ years in a safety‑related aviation position preferred.Schedule & Travel
Schedule depends on business needs; must work nights and weekends when required.Travel up to 10%.Miscellaneous
