    The Company is seeking a Vice President to spearhead revenue growth and brand expansion in the U.S. market. This pivotal role is focused on driving strategy, optimizing revenue, and aligning cross-functional teams to meet ambitious growth goals. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading revenue management and optimization, identifying new growth opportunities, and fostering a strong, collaborative culture within the U.S. team. Key responsibilities include developing and executing innovative go-to-market strategies, overseeing brand leadership and positioning, and ensuring brand consistency across North America and other regions. The role also involves providing direct and functional leadership to a team, conducting data analysis, and delivering clear, data-driven reports to the CEO and key stakeholders.

    Candidates for this role at The Company should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in senior leadership within highly digital, B2C-oriented brands, with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding growth targets. The ideal candidate will possess a strategic mindset, strong analytical skills, and a deep understanding of 360-degree marketing. Excellent communication, project management, and leadership abilities are essential, as is a strong entrepreneurial spirit and the agility to adapt to market shifts. A Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, finance, or a related field is required. The role demands a results-driven individual with the ability to inspire and influence cross-functional teams, and a commitment to fostering a culture of collaboration and resilience.
