SavvyMoney is seeking a Partner Solutions Consultant to focus on selling add-on solutions to our existing partners (FIs). This role is key to deepening our partnerships with financial institutions by identifying opportunities for additional value and positioning SavvyMoney's solutions to meet those needs. The Partner Solutions Consultant will manage a dedicated pipeline of partner accounts, conduct demos, and work to exceed personal sales quotas through consultative selling.
This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional who excels at account success, relationship building, and uncovering opportunities to deliver enhanced value to existing clients.
Key Responsibilities -
Account Management and Sales Support
Serve as the primary contact for assigned partner accounts, building strong relationships to ensure client satisfaction and identify new opportunities.Proactively engage with partners to understand their evolving needs and position SavvyMoney's add-on solutions effectively.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions and maintain high partner satisfaction.Add-On Sales and Consultative Selling
Manage a personal sales pipeline of existing partners, driving add-on sales opportunities from identification to close.Conduct personalized demos showcasing the value of SavvyMoney's additional solutions.Develop tailored proposals and ROI strategies to address partner-specific goals and challenges.Quota Attainment and Revenue Growth
Consistently meet or exceed individual add-on sales quotas as defined by the Sales Director.Contribute to the company's revenue growth by upselling and cross-selling solutions within the existing partner base.CRM Management and Reporting
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of partner interactions and opportunities in Salesforce.Analyze Salesforce data to track progress, identify opportunities for growth, and refine sales strategies.Report regularly on pipeline health and performance to the Sales Director.Market and Product Expertise
Stay informed on SavvyMoney's product offerings, industry trends, and competitor solutions to effectively position add-on sales opportunities.Provide feedback to product and marketing teams based on partner insights and needs.What We're Looking For -
Skills and Experience
3+ years of experience in account management, sales, or business development, preferably in fintech, SaaS, or financial services.Proven ability to manage a pipeline, conduct demos, and close sales.Strong relationship-building and consultative selling skills.Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM tools.Excellent organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.Qualities That Set You Apart

5+ years of experience working with or selling banking systems and / or fintech solutions3+ years of experience in a presales consulting roleProven track record in growing adoption of digital solutions for consumer deposits and loans with comprehensive knowledge of user onboarding processes, and modern banking technology platformsExperience managing clients / partners preferredStrong presentation & negotiation skillsExcellent communication, critical thinking & analytical skillsProficient with Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and SalesforceBachelor's degree requiredBase Salary
The Annual Base salary for this position will be between $90,000.00 and $120,000.00 based upon experience plus quarterly commission potential.
