Newell Corporation, in Arlington, WA, is growing and we are currently hiring CNC Machinists to join our team.

CNC Machinist job duties :

• Set-up and manage CNC machines to perform different jobs including drilling, grinding and milling.
• Modify G-code and M-code.
• Translate engineering drawings and requirements into dimensions for production.
• Ensure the CNC machine operates in accordance with the guidelines of the company.
• Oversee the machines while they execute the tasks and make the necessary changes to produce improved results.
• Check machinery daily to guarantee functionality.
• Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the machining process and optimize programs for efficiency and accuracy.
• Communicate logistical issues that arise in the process of creating a part.
• Ensure that the results of the machining process align with specifications.
• Conduct regular CNC machine assessments.
• Journey-level CNC machinists will create NC programs for CNC Mills and / or Lathes to ensure customer requirements are met.

Shifts :

Pay Range : $25 / hr - $45 / hr

Benefits include medical / dental / vision (95% of premium costs paid by Newell), 401k with up to 5% employer match, paid holidays, and paid time off.
