Job descriptionProspect & canvass neighborhoods for new business Inspect roofs and explain options to homeowners / business owners Present quotes and close sales contracts Guide customers through project from start to finish Sales experience preferred (roofing / construction a plus) Self-motivated, outgoing, and driven to close Able to climb ladders and perform roof inspections (training provided) Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation 5–8% commission per project (paid promptly) Uncapped earning potential Paid training & ongoing support Strong reputation = easier sales Growth & advancement opportunities

About the Role
We’re a growing roofing company looking for motivated sales reps. This is a 100% commission-only role with unlimited income potential. You’ll generate leads, meet with property owners, provide quotes, and close deals. Training + marketing support provided.
