Position Summary : We are seeking candidates for a full-time Assistant Professor position in Management who are committed to excellence in teaching, academic contributions, and service, and who will enrich the growth and success of the department, university, and broader community. Non-teaching assignments include curricula and instructional development, academic advising, office hours, and assisting students; registration assignments, participating in School, College and University- wide activities, committees, and task forces; maintaining an active program of scholarly work, client consulting projects, and / or other appropriate responsibilities as described in the Collective Bargaining Agreement and Faculty Handbook.Key Responsibilities :

• Teach selected undergraduate business, management, and economics courses
• In person classroom teaching
• Provide high-quality advising and mentoring to students.
• Engage in ongoing program assessment
• Supervise internships and independent studies, when appropriate
• Foster a collaborative academic environment by contributing to cross-disciplinary efforts and promoting innovation in teaching methods.
• Maintain a continuous program of applied research, publication, consulting initiatives, and professional development.
• Participate in service activities within the department, university, and the business profession.
