HNI Healthcare is currently seeking a practicing physician to join the North Florida Post-Acute Team, servicing PAM Health Specialty Hospital in Jacksonville in a leadership role. BE / BC Internal Medicine or Family Medicine experienced physicians to be considered for this position, rounding at this long-term acute care and outpatient rehabilitation center.

This opportunity features :

• 7 on / 7 off schedule
• Flexible shifts – 7 am – 4 / 5 pm
• Provider driven schedule allows for exceptional quality of life practice
• Sole group of hospital medicine providers ‘in house’
• Average 25-35 daily patient encounters
