Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification or willingness to obtain post-hire Previous experience working with children (e.g., camp counselor, daycare, nanny, school setting, ABA) preferred High energy, playful, creative, and quick-thinking Reliable and dependable; a trusted partner for families Physical stamina to engage and move frequently Comfort with technology, including data collection software and Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Outlook, Teams) Motivated to learn, work independently, and deliver the best care for clients Interest in evidence-based, scientifically proven methods At ABS Kids, our joy stems from the transformative moments with clients. Benefits and Compensation :
- $20.00 - $25.00 / hour
- Earn an additional $2.00 / hour for home-based hours starting at 3 pm
- Increased pay for RBT certification
- Paid drive time and mileage reimbursement
