Key Responsibilities

Develop and deploy HR Shared Services strategy in collaboration with key stakeholders

Oversee and manage a team to enhance service delivery and align with cross-functional departments

Implement HR case management systems and ensure effective integration with IT solutions

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required

10+ years of HR experience with progressive growth in large organizations required

Five years of Human Resources Management experience required

Strong expertise in HR Operations and leave administration required

Experience with HRIS platforms and process automation required
