As part of our Shared Services group, comprised of Finance, Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, Commercial, Legal and Facilities, we support the business achieve their goals through a range of strong technical capabilities. We ensure delivery of services through the skills of our people, methodologies, and systems.
Hatch is seeking current students pursuing a degree in Human Resources for an internship opportunity for Summer 2026. Reporting to the Director of HR, you may support offices globally as well as regionally working from our Pittsburgh office location.

Responsibilities :
Support with various HR generalist activities including new hire file creation, new hire onboarding, HR reporting and analytics, HR program and process reviewSupport with various recruitment activities such as scheduling interviews, conducting reference checks and other recruitment duties as requiredParticipate in the creation of reports and maintain databasesAssist with day-to-day employee requestsMaintain data in HR Information SystemOther duties as assignedEducation and Experience :
A local, current 2nd year or higher student of a degree program in Human Resources, or similar relevant program able to work 40 hours / 5 days a week for the duration of the internshipAbility to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work effectivelyStrong presentation and public speaking skills an assetStrong MS Office skills with advanced skill in MS ExcelFamiliarity with SuccessFactors and / or SAP an assetPrevious HR related internships a plusCompetencies (knowledge, skill, attributes) :
