MS Dynamics Developer

Seeking a talented Microsoft Dynamics Junior level Developer to join our team. In this role, you will design, develop, customize, and support solutions built on Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Customer Service). You will work closely with business stakeholders and IT teams to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions that drive business transformation and efficiency.

Salary Range : $110,000 - $130,000 Annually based on experience and technical interview

Location : 100% Remote

Job Type : Full-Time

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement customizations, plugins, workflows, and integrations within Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Customer Service).
• Configure Dynamics modules to meet business requirements, including entity creation, form design, views, business rules, and process automation.
• Integrate Dynamics 365 with other enterprise systems using APIs, web services, and middleware (e.g., Azure Logic Apps, Power Automate).
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications and solutions.
• Conduct unit testing, support user acceptance testing (UAT), and manage deployment of customizations and updates.
• Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for Dynamics 365 solutions, including performance tuning and issue resolution.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for customizations, integrations, and processes.
• Ensure solutions adhere to Microsoft best practices, security standards, and compliance requirement.

Bachelor's Degree with 2 plus years' MS Dynamics experience. 5-7 years IT experience.
