Compensation and Benefits :

• Base Salary : $230,000 annual base salary
• Productivity Bonus : $50,000 annual productivity bonus
• CME Allowance : $1,000 per year for Continuing Medical Education (CME)
• Paid Time Off : 15 weekdays of paid time off per year
• CME / Personal Time : 5 additional days for CME or personal use
• Licensing and DEA allocation
• Paid Holidays : 7 paid holidays per year
• Sick Days : 5 sick days per year
