Location : Dallas, TX
Compensation : $195,000 base + 20% target bonus
Work Type : On-site (Relocation assistance available within the USA)
Position Overview
The Plant Director will lead the Dallas, TX bottling and distribution facility with full responsibility for operational, financial, and cultural performance. This role ensures safety, quality, and continuous improvement while fostering a supportive, inclusive, and high-performing workplace. The Plant Director reports directly to the Regional Vice President.

Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Culture
Build, mentor, and develop a strong leadership team; directly oversee 4–6 managers and a 200+ employee (non-union) workforce.Foster a culture of respect, inclusion, and belonging across all levels.Guide teams through cultural transformation and continuous improvement.Operational Excellence
Oversee full 24 / 7 plant operations, including bottling, distribution, warehousing, and technical functions.Manage P&L, ensuring financial discipline and performance.Partner with scheduling to create efficient, sustainable production plans.Champion Continuous Excellence, TPM, Lean, and Six Sigma methodologies.Safety, Quality & Compliance
Serve as a visible leader for safety and quality programs.Ensure compliance with company policies and federal, state, and local regulations.Promote a safe, healthy, and supportive work environment.Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with Logistics, Tankering, Planning, HR, Finance, and Corporate teams to ensure smooth operations.Build strong relationships with other Plant Directors and regional / corporate leadership.Community & Environmental Stewardship
Lead sustainable practices across operations, including waste reduction and resource efficiency.Build positive relationships with local community stakeholders.Ideal Candidate Profile
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, or related field (Master’s preferred).10+ years of progressive manufacturing experience, including cross-functional roles.Minimum 3 years in a plant leadership role managing 200+ employees.Experience in consumer-packaged goods (CPG) required; food / beverage, filling, canning, or bottling in a 24 / 7 environment strongly preferred.Track record in plant turnarounds or performance improvement initiatives.Technical & Leadership Skills
Strong understanding of plant operations, distribution, warehousing, planning, finance, safety, quality, and HR.ERP proficiency (SAP or Oracle EBS a strong plus).Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or TPM; certifications are a plus.Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to connect naturally with hourly workforce; approachable and engaging.Strong integrity, character, and leadership presence.Proven ability to build high-performing teams and drive cultural and operational excellence.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
