Job Description

Mills Marine and Ship Repair, LLC (Mills Marine) is currently seeking an individual to support Touch Labor at Norfolk Naval Shipyard (NNSY)

Clearance Requirement :

Must be a US citizen with a DOD final Secret security clearance.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities :

\n

• Install, remove and reposition of machinery, structural members of ships or buildings, heavy equipment or other loads.

\n

\n

\n

Education :

The Supervisor position requires a minimum of a high school diploma and / or successful completion of a related trade or industrial school.

Experience :

The Rigger Supervisor position requires 5 years of verifiable experience as a supervisor in the assigned trade of rigging, which shall include a minimum of two (2) years' work experience on U.S. Navy ships / vessels.

Trade Training :

Completed a formal course of study in the assigned trade through either a community college, technical or trade school, military training, formal company training program or an apprentice program.
