Business Litigation Counsel - Atlanta

Womble Bond Dickinson (US) LLP is currently seeking a Counsel track attorney to join the firm in the Atlanta office.

Qualifications :

• Ideal candidates will have 3+ years of experience representing companies and / or financial institutions in regard to single plaintiff litigation including contracts, loan agreements, mortgages or leases.
• Strong preference in candidates with experience in Georgia.
• Candidates must have excellent academic credentials and outstanding written and oral communication skills.

Please note that Womble Bond Dickinson's counsel track opportunities are off-track / not partner track and therefore have a reduced billable hour requirement.
