Your Role : Lead Dentist
As a Lead Dentist at Tend, you’ll set the standard for clinical excellence, mentor a talented team, and enhance the patient experience in your studio. You’ll balance delivering top-notch dentistry with leading and coaching dentists, hygienists, and dental assistants to achieve both clinical and professional success. Together with the Studio Manager, you’ll foster an environment that embodies Tend’s Mission, Vision, and Values, driving success for both patients and the studio.
