Key Responsibilities

Define and communicate a compelling vision and growth strategy for the business while leading overall execution

Develop and refine a Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy to drive new growth and maintain high levels of client retention

Build, retain, and mentor a world-class team, fostering a winning culture that engages and rewards team members

Required Qualifications

Past senior leadership experience in a successful B2B software business

Verifiable track record of value creation and P&L experience

Strong financial literacy and business acumen

Demonstrated effectiveness in Sales & Marketing, including GTM planning and execution

An undergraduate degree from a well-regarded university is required
