Sales Support Analyst

A company is looking for a Sales Support Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

Support internal department requests for information and data

Assist in the preparation and submission of RFP responses, ensuring accuracy and timeliness

Conduct competitor and client research to inform sales strategies and improve engagement

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or G.E.D. required

Minimum of one year of experience in a customer service role

Strong commitment to customer service and enhancing the buyer experience

Familiarity with CRM systems preferred

Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
