Claims Operations and Technology Lead

A company is looking for a Head of Claims Operations and Technology.

Key Responsibilities

Manage multiple departmental relationships within a large, international insurance group

Create and monitor the Claims Budget in collaboration with finance

Drive technology adoption and improvement within the claims organization

Required Qualifications

BS / BA Degree required

10+ years of experience in Claims Operations, with 5+ years in a leadership role

Experience leading multiple distributed teams, preferably in a remote or hybrid environment

Data-driven orientation with the ability to leverage insights for business results

Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business outcomes
