Please note : Candidates must be residing on the island of Maui to be considered.

Position : Project Manager

Location : Kahului, HI

Pay : $40 / hour

Experience : At least 2 years in project management, property management, or a related field.

Education : High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.

Type : Full-time; Contract

Schedule : Monday – Friday, 9 : 00 AM to 4 : 00 PM

Job Description :

• Obtain and compare bids for maintenance and improvement projects.
• Coordinate and oversee scheduled maintenance and repair work.
• Serve as primary contact for community vendors and contractors.
• Create and maintain project punch lists and completion schedules.
• Oversee placement of signage and other community displays.
• Assist with updating the community website and managing social media content.
• Communicate effectively with the Board, residents, and service providers.
