The Sr Director of Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) and Business Continuity Management (BCM) is a strategic leader responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing the enterprise-wide risk and continuity frameworks for the organization. This role ensures that risk management practices are embedded across all business units and functions, and that the organization is prepared to respond effectively to disruptive events. The Sr Director will lead a team of risk professionals and collaborate with senior leadership to align risk strategies with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.

The Salary Range for the role is $161,000.00 - $236,000.00 / year.
