Invoicing Clerk

We are seeking a detail-oriented Invoicing ROA Clerk to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will process distributor orders, ensure documentation accuracy, and resolve invoicing issues efficiently.

Responsibilities :

• Process distributor orders according to operating procedures.
• Compile and distribute completed distributor invoice packages to and from the Accounts Payable team.
• Review ROA order log daily for accuracy and completeness.
• Follow-up daily with team members about issues with orders.
• Ensure the proper documentation is obtained prior to distributor invoicing.
• Resolve issues with orders, shipments, and invoices that require your involvement.

Work Environment :

The work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 8 : 30 AM to 4 : 30 PM or 5 PM, depending on lunch duration. Team building events, such as the 'High 5' initiative, foster a positive work culture, where employees are recognized for their contributions and can enjoy complimentary lunches.

Job Type & Location :

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Virginia Beach, Virginia.

Pay and Benefits :

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
