Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Invoicing ROA Clerk to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will process distributor orders, ensure documentation accuracy, and resolve invoicing issues efficiently.

Responsibilities

Process distributor orders according to operating procedures.

Compile and distribute completed distributor invoice packages to and from the Accounts Payable team.

Review ROA order log daily for accuracy and completeness.

Follow-up daily with team members about issues with orders.

Ensure the proper documentation is obtained prior to distributor invoicing.

Resolve issues with orders, shipments, and invoices that require your involvement.

Essential Skills

6+ months of experience in Accounts Receivable or Accounts Payable.

Ability to learn a manual invoicing process that varies based on specific situations or customers.

Basic proficiency in Excel, including spreadsheet formatting and basic formulas.

Comfortable with MS Outlook for organizing emails and folders.

Willingness to learn new processes and ask questions.

Familiarity with Great Plains, EDI, and pivot tables.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Understanding of debits and credits.

Experience with pivot tables or VLOOKUPs.

Experience working with or managing EDI (Electronic Data Interchange).

Experience with MS Great Plains.

Work Environment

The work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 8 : 30 AM to 4 : 30 PM or 5 PM, depending on lunch duration. Team building events, such as the 'High 5' initiative, foster a positive work culture, where employees are recognized for their contributions and can enjoy complimentary lunches.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00 / hr.
