Role Overview
As a Data Entry Specialist , you’ll serve as the primary contact for assigned accounts, ensuring accurate and timely management of customer billing documents and associated tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Review documents for accuracy and completeness; follow up with stakeholders as neededAccurately enter data and prepare required documentation, ensuring compliance with company policiesInteract with clients and internal teams to provide outstanding serviceReconcile vendor invoices and close out account files promptlyManage customer records, process daily reports, and perform basic accounting-related functionsSupport additional office tasks such as scanning, faxing, and sorting documentsWhat You’ll Bring
High school diploma or equivalent1+ year of Microsoft Excel experience preferredStrong communication skills; fluency in English (spoken and written)Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environmentBasic understanding of accounting and bookkeeping principlesFamiliarity with MS Office and standard office equipmentWorking Conditions
