Due to growth, a massive company in food manufacturing is seeking an EXPERIENCED Project Manager to join the 100% remote team.

What we need from you :

• Experience with SAP systems including the development and execution of technical roadmaps and system upgrades.
• Proven track record in managing large scale SAP projects from inception to completion.
• Proficiency in SAP products such as SAP ERP, SAP S / 4 HANA, SAP BW / BI, SAP CRM, etc.
• Experience or familiarity with the technical areas of SAP (ABAP, Basis) is preferred.
• Experience with total product landscapes (SAP and non-SAP systems exchanging information).
• Strong understanding of industry best practices and trends in SAP implementation.
• SAP certification is a plus.
• Experience in the consumer products and / or food industry is a plus.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and software development lifecycle.
• Strong understanding of data migration strategies and tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong decision-making skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects and resources.
• Experience in change management and business process re-engineering.
• Proficient in project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Must have excellent and persuasive written and verbal communication skills. Must be capable of creating clear and effective presentations, and / or meetings with clients, peers, and management.
• PMP certification is a plus.
• Bachelor's Degree from a regionally accredited four-year college or university and 5+ years of experience in IT; or equivalent combination of education and experience, required.
