Position Overview : We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the implementation of our Supply Chain Planning SaaS software solutions for clients across the United States.
As a Project Manager at John Galt Solutions, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of projects, meeting client expectations, and contributing to the overall success of our software implementations.
Responsibilities :
Project Planning and Execution :
Develop detailed project plans outlining scope, timeline, and resource requirements.
Lead cross-functional teams in the execution of SaaS software implementations for supply chain planning.
Client Communication and Relationship Management :
Act as the main point of contact for clients during the implementation process.
Establish and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and updates.
Risk Management :
Identify potential risks and proactively develop mitigation strategies.
Address and resolve issues promptly to ensure project timelines and deliverables are met.
Team Leadership :
Provide guidance and leadership to project teams, ensuring collaboration and effective communication.
Foster a positive and collaborative team environment to maximize productivity and morale.
Quality Assurance :
Ensure that software implementations meet or exceed client expectations and quality standards.
Conduct thorough testing and validation processes to guarantee the successful deployment of the software.
Training and Support :
Develop and deliver training programs for clients to ensure successful adoption of the software.
Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting as needed.
Qualifications :
- degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field.
- experience (5+ years) as a Project Manager, preferably in SaaS software implementations.
- understanding of supply chain planning processes and concepts.
