Maintenance Supervisor - Manufacturing - Allen Bradley (PLC, VFD, HMI) Systems

Position Overview

The Maintenance Supervisor will oversee the maintenance team and manage the maintenance operations of PLC, VFD, and HMI systems. This role is pivotal in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of all mechanical and electrical systems, while also adhering to safety compliance and budgetary constraints.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead the maintenance team in daily operations and troubleshooting activities.
• Manage maintenance schedules and ensure timely repairs and preventative maintenance of equipment.
• Oversee the installation, repair, and troubleshooting of PLC, VFD, and HMI systems.
• Implement safety compliance measures and conduct regular safety audits.
• Coordinate with other departments to minimize downtime and improve process efficiency.
• Maintain inventory control for spare parts and tools required for maintenance activities.
• Develop and manage the maintenance budget, ensuring cost-effective operations.
• Perform regular inspections and develop process improvements for maintenance workflows.
• Manage vendor relationships and procurement of maintenance services and parts.
• Ensure documentation of maintenance activities and provide regular reports to management.
