Swiss Screw Machinist – Aerospace & Defense Manufacturing

El Cajon, CA

As a Swiss Screw Machinist, you’ll play a key role in setting up and operating Citizen and Tsugami machines for both short-run and long-run production jobs. You'll be responsible for program edits, conducting first article inspections, and ensuring all parts meet strict quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Set up swiss-screw style machines (including Citizen and Tsugami)
• Edit programs at the machine
• Perform first article and in process inspections as needed
• Perform offsets and tool changes

Qualifications:

• Previous experience setting up swiss-screw CNC machines
• Ability to edit programs at the machine
• Use of measurement tools such as micrometers, calipers, indicators, etc.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
