We are hiring! Cascades Lakes Brewing Co. is looking for a General Manger to help lead our pub at Reed Market and 27th. At 5,000 square feet, the pub is set to be a community gathering place for the southeast neighborhoods of Bend.
Some of our most exciting features of the pub are our full-service rooftop bar with panoramic view of the Central Cascade Range, our roll up garage door that opens to our family friendly patio, 26 taps handles and of course a spectacular menu!
The General Manager will be responsible for all operations of the pub. This position is crucial for the success of the pub and our employees.
The General Manager will build and maintain a strong customer service team, ensure the pub’s strategic operating plan, implement programing to generate revenue and cultivate the Cascade Lakes culture.
Required Skills :
- 5+ years of outstanding results in managing a hospitality organization with at least three years of experience as Restaurant General Manager.
- Experience opening and building hospitality organization structure, process, and measurement, from early stage through rapid business growth.
- A leader and motivational coach with a track record of achievement through others.
- Is results-driven and inspires others in executing against and achieving profitability targets.
- Solid interpersonal skills and effective communicator.
- Ability to lead by example in a fast-paced environment with a hands-on approach and demonstrated ability to multi-task.
- Possesses strong organizational and analytic skills.
- Is a collaborative team player with a strong desire to achieve results while respecting the company’s core values framework.
- Strong business acumen with analytical ability to assess the business and drive the organization forward.
