- Schedule : Monday through Friday, 10 : 00 AM 6 : 00 PM
- Compensation : $51,000 $53,550 / year
Essential Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to the REEF leadership team contributing to the efficient operation of the REEF program.Prepare programmatic communications for review and approval by the director.Collaborate with the REEF leadership team throughout all enrollment processes.Develop and implement a filing system and standard operating procedures to ensure consistent quality of service.Manage the programs calendar and monitor all scheduled events and activities.Basic Qualifications
Experience in an administrative / assistant role, preferably in a school setting.Proficient technology skills (e.g., Mac and Google Docs).Professional demeanor and proven high level of professionalism.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong interpersonal and motivational skills.Benefits
