Sadler Health Center is looking for a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Medical Records Coordinator to join our team!

  • ???? Location : Carlisle, PA???? Status : Full-Time | Hourly
  • ???? What You’ll Do :

    • As our Medical Records Coordinator, you’ll be the go-to expert for managing and maintaining electronic medical records (EMR).

    You’ll ensure accurate documentation, timely processing of medical record requests, and support our providers and patients with top-notch service.

    Your day-to-day will include :

  • Processing authorizations and releasing medical records
  • Organizing and scanning patient documents into EMR systems
  • Handling incoming mail, faxes, and record requests
  • Coordinating insurance company record reviews
  • Maintaining confidentiality and HIPAA compliance
  • Supporting the front desk with administrative tasks
  • ???? What You Bring :
  • High school diploma or equivalent (post-secondary education preferred)
  • minimum of 3 years of experience in medical / health records
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and EMR systems
  • Knowledge of medical terminology
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to travel between sites as needed

    • Bonus Points If You’re :

  • Experienced in a multi-provider medical practice
  • You have been in a patient facing role and have strong customer services skills.
