We design, install, and maintain advanced electrical systems. Our expertise spans traditional electrical contracting, security solutions, audio-visual integration, wireless networking, and building management systems. We are seeking an experienced and driven Senior Project Recruiter to lead high-volume recruiting for mission-critical data center projects. The ideal candidate will have experience recruiting for large-scale construction projects and a strong understanding of the electrical trade, preferably within IBEW or other union environments. This role will partner closely with Group Presidents, VP's and Directors to forecast needs, source talent, and ensure workforce demands are met for data center builds across the region.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities :

• Partner with project teams to understand upcoming electrical labor needs (Project Management, Estimators, Schedulers, Field Leadership, etc.) for data center and other commercial service and construction projects.
• Proactively source, screen, and pipeline qualified electrical candidates using various methods (job boards, referrals, unions, databases, and field networking).
• Conduct initial screenings and evaluations, specific to high-voltage, low-voltage, and mission-critical systems.
• Coordinate interviews and hiring processes in partnership with management.
• Maintain compliance with all union agreements and local hiring requirements.
• Manage vendor relationship processes, ensuring clear communication and compliance.
• Provide weekly updates to project leadership and management.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records within the ATS
